I hope this message finds you safe and well during these challenging times. In response to the recent events and its economic impact on our communities, we are seeking ways we can support your business. Here are a few small measures of sharing the burden and we remain hopeful to get through this time together.

For Partnership Program Members

1. The Monthly partnership fee will be waived for April, and we will continue to closely monitor the situation and assess subsequent fee waivers on a month-to-month basis. We will notify you each month to confirm.
2. A 25% discount will be applied to all orders placed between 3/21 and 4/30. (The discount will be automatically applied and reflected on your final invoice)

For Resellers (Non-Partnership Program)

You now have the option to join the Partnership Program without any monthly fee until further notice and gain access to the support mentioned above. We encourage you to join our program and take advantage of the partnership benefits.

Operational Adjustments
